The 30-day money-back guarantee
Buy it, use it, and if it is not for you send it back. This is the whole of it — there is no restocking fee, no trial-period small print, and no requirement to have kept the box.
How long have I got?
30 days from the day it arrives — not from the day you ordered. The shipping time is ours to worry about, so it does not come out of your 30 days.
If your order came as two parcels, each item is counted from the day that item turned up.
Who pays to send it back?
We do. When you get in touch we will tell you where to send it and arrange the return postage, so you are not out of pocket for changing your mind.
What can come back?
The device, with the parts it came with. It does not have to be unused — actually trying it is the entire point of a 30-day guarantee — but it does need to be in one piece and not damaged beyond ordinary use.
Tablets, unopened packs only. Once a pack is opened we cannot take it back: it is a consumable that ends up in your mouth, and we will not resell it or ask anyone else to. A pack that arrived faulty or damaged is a different matter and we replace it.
How do I start it?
Contact us with your order number and say what you are sending back. There is no form to fill in and you do not have to give a reason, though it helps us if you do.
When do I get the money?
We refund as soon as the return reaches us, to the card or account you paid with. Your bank then takes its own few days to show it, which is out of our hands.
You get back what you paid for the item. Shipping was free, so there is no delivery charge to deduct.

If something else has gone wrong
These three are not the money-back guarantee, and treating them as if they were is what makes people think they have run out of time when they have not.
It arrived damaged
Tell us as soon as you notice, with a photograph of the item and of the packaging it came in. This is the fastest of these to settle and it does not use up your 30 days.
It is also separate from changing your mind: you are not returning something, you are getting the thing you paid for.
It stopped working
There is no separate manufacturer's warranty on this product beyond the 30-day guarantee above. That is not the same as being on your own — it means faults come to us rather than to a manufacturer you have never dealt with.
Inside the first 30 days, a device that has failed is simply a return: see the guarantee above and we will sort it out.
After that, contact support anyway with your order number and a description of what the device is doing. What we can do depends on what has failed, and we would far rather hear about it than not.
Nothing on this page reduces the rights you already have under the law where you live.
You want the deliveries to stop
This is not a return at all. A tablet subscription is skipped, paused, changed or cancelled from your account, and cancelling stops it there and then — nothing else about your account changes.
A delivery that has already been sent is covered by the guarantee above, on the same terms as anything else.
Still not sure which of these you are in? Get in touch and describe what happened — working out which one it is is our job, not yours.
